KEEP SHOES OFF CARPET: To maintain the cleanliness of our carpet, we kindly request that you remove your shoes during your stay. Guests will be responsible for any excessive soiling of the carpets and substantial stains. This can include professional carpet cleaning if needed. LINENS (BEDDING & TOWELS): We spare no expense in providing quality linens. Additionally, we provide more towels than most homes. Having said that, expenses add up to have these items replaced. We ask that you are careful with our linens. Any lost, stolen, stained (beyond normal cleaning treatment), or damaged towels or bedding will incur replacement charges. NO FOOD/ DRINKS IN BEDROOMS, PLAYROOM, & ON FABRIC FURNITURE: To avoid stains on furniture, bedding, rugs, carpet, & other flooring etc. we ask that you do not eat or drink colored- beverages in or on these areas. Guests will assume financial responsibility of any items that require additional cleaning to get stains and spills out of the fabric. PARKING: Do not block sidewalks with vehicles when parked in driveway. Parked vehicles that block the flow of traffic and/or a neighbor’s driveway can be towed by community security personnel. Under no circumstances are vehicles allowed to be parked in the grass as this will cause turf decline and turf damage. GARBAGE: To avoid odors in the home, please take all overflow of garbage to outside garbage bin which is located outside the front door under the bench. Trash is picked up daily :) PLAYROOMS: Play equipment is to be used for children ages 3-12 with a maximum height of 54 inches. • No Food, gum, or drinks in the play area. • Running, pushing, or any other rough playing in playroom is prohibited. • The use of the playroom equipment is at your own risk. Therefore, we recommend small children to be always attended when playing. • No throwing items down the slides. • Only 1 person on the slide at a time. • 200 LB. weight limit. POOL AREA: • No throwing objects at pool screen. • Please keep pool screen doors UNLOCKED (minimum timeframe of 9am- 7pm) for weekly pool cleaning. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Guests certify the occupancy limitations by the number of guests chosen at the time of booking. The use of the premises SHALL NOT EXCEED THAT MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS unless approved by owner. NO EXCPETIONS! No outside visitors are allowed in the home. This means that only the guests that are accounted for at the time of the booking are allowed in the home. Other family members, friends, neighbor guests who are "visiting" must be approved by owner prior to arriving. We are very strict on this policy. The home is not intended for events/ parties. **Example; If your reservation states "14 guests” at time of booking then the maximum amount of people allowed in the home is 14. IF approved, the Guest named on the reservation ASSUMES ALL THE RESPONSIBLITIES OF ALL THE OTHER GUESTS who are not part of the reservation. Any deviation of the occupancy limitations can result in an $1,000 security deposit or immediate eviction and forfeiture of their rental payment. NOISE ORDIANCE: Begins at 10 pm until 7AM. Our family has stayed at many Airbnb properties in the past - this one was by far the very best! I was worried at first since we booked it based on the pictures over a year ago. I wondered if it would stand the test of time. It most certainly did. They really take meticulous care and maintenance to keep it looking fresh & new. Kids loved the pool & the clubhouse amenities. This made our family vacation very memorable.

We enjoyed staying here. The house is perfect with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our big group. The kids enjoyed the awesome playroom and game room as well as the pool and hot tub. Getting to use the lazy river in the clubhouse was a bonus as well. This was the perfect place to stay as we enjoyed the parks. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home!

Brandon was very responsive to any questions that we had. The airbnb was perfect for the whole family, the kids loved the slides and the cute superhero costumes that were there. The neighborhood was very safe and close to grocery stores, coffee shops, etc . I would definitely stay here again!

Just had the most amazing weekend with our 4 familes (8 parents & 8 kids) all of us from ages 4-45 had something to enjoy and do! We were in town for our boy LAX tournament at Omni, this location was 7 mins away and PERFECT! We all loved every specially decorated room, attention to detail, and all the “extras” Brandon & Michelle provided! Everything was perfection! The DETAILS were perfect 🤩 and well thought out. Beds and bedding very comfortable and high end linens. Felt like a hotel except better! The Alice in wonderland room, game room, Pete the rabbit mini playhouse and movie theater were a huge hit! The kids Harry Potter bunk bed room was to die for- the 4 boys LOVED IT! The hot tub was a fan favorite too! Hopefully we plan to make this a yearly Lacrosse tournament destination and will contact you again! Highly recommend these host and their properties. A+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 STAR!
